Welcome to my non-specific blog about thoughts and things.

I’m Mike, a photographer and part-time writer and researcher -so most of my effort goes there. However I'm interested in a few other things which will no doubt turn up here.

Some how despite my love of M83 I missed this one, thankfully this late discovery came at right time and has helped me recover from the fact the original is used constantly on a trailer for a certain awful UK tv series that won’t be named for fear that more people considering watching it.  Instead perhaps consider listening to The Knocks.

It’s been a long time since I did a post about a new album, whilst movie sound tracks are fun this way I can at least pretend to be contemporary at some point.  So here is the official stream of the album Planetarium by 7he Myriads I think you might like it.

I can’t quite get over how good this band are, so much so I had to interrupt my queued posts.  I’m not even sure why but I advise you check out their music I can assure you it’ll be worthwhile.
